Cancellation & Rescheduling

We request 24 hours advance notice of cancellation to avoid being charged the full amount of service.

Arrival

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to check in and begin your relaxation. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated service.

Service Charge & Additional Gratuity

There is a 20% service charge added to the Full Price of all services. Additional gratuity may be added for exceptional service.

Medical Conditions

We respect the health of our guests. We ask that you inform your therapist of any injuries, surgeries, medication or medical conditions as some treatments may be contraindicated.
